We are looking for a creative Residential Interior Designer to join our team.
- Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (preferred)
- Interior Design: 1-3 years (required)
- Sketchup (Expert level) (required)
- Rendering and Modeling (Expert level) (required)
- Drafting (Expert level)
- Millwork drawings (Expert)
- Bilingual (Spanish / Preferred)
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in high end residential interior design
- High level of detail, organization and professionalism
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Creativity and design ability is required in addition to technical expertise
- Flexibility is a requirement in order to accomplish mandatory deadlines of construction, architectural and millwork documents
- Interior elevations, interior flooring documents, RCP's, furniture layouts, sections and details will be required
