ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Productivity Engineer to drive automation, visibility, and process improvements across software development and delivery workflows for a regulated medical device organization. You will build and maintain CI/CD automation using GitLab, develop engineering quality dashboards and DORA metrics reporting, create integrations between GitLab, Jira, Kubernetes, and security scanning platforms, and build governed self-service release tooling that enables compliant deployment across development, SQA, and cybersecurity teams.



The role requires 4+ years of DevOps and automation engineering experience with exposure to FDA-regulated or similar regulated development environments as a strong plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design, develop, and maintain automation and software tools that improve developer productivity, engineering efficiency, and operational visibility.
- Automate repetitive engineering workflows and modernize CI/CD, deployment, security, tooling, and observability processes in partnership with Platform Engineering.
- Build and maintain integrations across GitLab, Jira, Kubernetes, AWS, security scanning platforms, and enterprise tooling.
- Develop governed self-service tools and pipelines that enable application teams to safely execute approved software, firmware, and configuration updates with minimal operational dependency.
