As a Background Check Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organization's operations and objectives,



developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.

You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and uphold professional standards. You will focus on building relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, anticipating the needs of your teams and stakeholders.
