Job responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of crucial funding for managed demand deposit accounts (DDA's), ensuring proper allocation of wires to client/funding accounts within the appropriate threshold.
- Lead the reconciliation of ledgers through comprehensive investigation using various systems and tools, leveraging your advanced knowledge in market product and process improvement.
- Collaborate with other lines of business to facilitate proper funding, utilizing your advanced skills in internal stakeholder management and influence.
- Drive strategic projects in partnership with Product, Tech, and Change partners, ensuring seamless change adoption with a key focus on strategic stack adoption, leveraging your advanced proficiency in change and project management.
- Spearhead process optimization projects to reduce operational manual touch points, utilizing innovative tools such as UI Path, Owl DQ, Alteryx, and imparting knowledge on these tools to the wider operations group.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of experience in managing operations functions of the pre
- and post-trading life cycle across all asset classes.
- Proven expertise in overseeing cash movements in/out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts.
