What will be your impact?
- Provide technical and functional support for a portfolio of business-critical applications, acting as an escalation point for complex and urgent issues.
- Take ownership of incidents and problems, driving them through to timely resolution.
- Assist in the development of application standardization and rationalization plans while ensuring solutions continue to meet evolving business needs.
- Support application maintenance, updates, and upgrades, collaborating with IT teams to assess operational impacts.
- Participate in projects that deliver application enhancements and technology improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with application providers, stakeholders, and business users.
- Monitor application performance, adoption, and licensing to help maximize value and utilization.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?
- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).




- Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 Apps and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud platforms, including SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Interest in emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions, including AI agents.
- Experience supporting, maintaining, and upgrading business applications.
- Exposure to troubleshooting complex documents and document productivity technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
