- Be the process architect to lead process discovery, whiteboarding sessions, leveraging AI copilots, process simulators, and agentic orchestration frameworks to design adaptive, self-optimizing workflows with senior business stakeholders.
- Deliver process discovery or improvement projects through hybrid process mining, AI agents, and GenAI-based insight generation.
- Work on market leading process mining and AI-based orchestration platforms (Celonis, Signavio, Power Automate Process Mining, ServiceNow, Appian, etc.).
- Develop business requirements and AI-prompt engineering logic for contextual decisioning layers, for the implementation of technology solutions for the client.
- Contribute to creation of agentic accelerators, AI-powered assets, and reusable process blueprints.
- Aid in assets, accelerator, use case creation and enhancement.
- Function as a bridge between business, data science, and engineer
