About the role
Rehire is seeking a Senior Producer to embed within the in-house creative agency of a multinational information and technology corporation. This position centers on steering the development of premium audiovisual assets destined for worldwide marketing initiatives. You will operate as a core member of a cross-functional unit, collaborating closely with strategists, designers, and technical specialists to translate high-level brand objectives into compelling visual narratives. The role demands a blend of creative leadership and operational rigor, ensuring every deliverable meets exacting global standards while adhering to tight production schedules.

What you’ll do
- Orchestrate the complete lifecycle of video and audio productions, guiding projects from early ideation and script development through to final mastering and distribution.




- Ensure all creative output rigorously aligns with the overarching general brand strategy and corporate positioning guidelines established by the parent organization.
- Produce a diverse array of deliverables tailored for multichannel deployment, spanning corporate communications, social and digital platforms, and serialized podcast formats.
- Take the lead on directing both controlled studio recordings and complex on-location shoots, managing talent, crew, and technical logistics on set.
- Act as the primary liaison between motion graphics artists, copywriters, and the broader creative department to synchronize efforts and achieve unified business outcomes.
- Proactively research, evaluate, and embed generative AI and automation tools into the production pipeline to accelerate workflows and expand creative possibilities.
