The Organizational Insights Analyst is a full‑time employee role located in Buenos Aires.
What you’ll do
- Conduct primary and secondary research using a proprietary platform, to gather, harmonize, process, and classify data to reach initial insights that add value to organizational analysis.
- Perform analysis using various data sets and work with external research providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of how an organization is structured.
- Understand structures and contribute to the development of organizational models.
- Create client‑ready content and compelling presentation materials.
Document case studies and contribute to the innovation of firm knowledge and knowledge delivery.
- Support new business opportunity identification and screening.
- Develop compelling analyses and points‑of‑view on relevant industry topics.
- Assist in developing client presentations and pitch materials.
- Utilize creativity and innovation to generate insights through web scraping, analytics, benchmarking, and reporting.
