About the role
You will lead digital customer acquisition efforts for the LATAM region, managing the full lifecycle of performance marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Acquisition, you will oversee strategy and execution across paid search, social media, SEO, and website conversion to drive regional growth.

What you'll do
- Define and execute the digital acquisition strategy across the LATAM region.
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta, ensuring local market relevance.
- Oversee the regional digital marketing budget, including spend forecasting and ROAS target management.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and report insights to leadership.
- Direct website strategy, including landing page development, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Develop organic growth initiatives, including SEO and content optimization.




- Coordinate with regional and central marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to align on business goals.
- Test new acquisition channels and build scalable programs to expand the customer base.

Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally within fintech, payments, or high-growth technology sectors.
- Proficiency in PPC platforms, including bid strategy, audience targeting, and campaign management.
- Strong commercial background in managing marketing budgets with a focus on CAC and ROAS.
- Experience with SEO, website UX, and conversion rate optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage attribution models and performance dashboards.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, integral environment and influence stakeholders across geographies.
