The idóneo candidate will have a strong agency recruitment background, capable of conducting high-volume sourcing using advanced techniques like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
This role requires excellent communication and candidate management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
