We are seeking a Senior SAP PM Consultant with solid experience in S/4HANA to join a high‑impact implementation project in the agribusiness sector in Argentina. The position requires a functional profile with strong knowledge of Plant Maintenance (PM), experience in end‑to‑end implementations, and the ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment. Work is performed in a hybrid model in Buenos Aires.
Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of the SAP PM module within S/4HANA.
- Analyze and document preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.
- Develop functional documentation, including blueprint, technical specifications, test cases, and user manuals.
- Configure technical objects and manage maintenance orders throughout their lifecycle.
- Ensure end‑to‑end integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM, CO, QM, and PP.




- Participate in the Realization, SIT, UAT, and Go‑Live phases of the project.
- Provide functional support after implementation and during the stabilization phase.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams, including ABAP, to ensure compliance with defined requirements.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional relevant experience as a functional SAP PM Consultant.
- Involvement in at least 2 full‑cycle SAP PM implementations, preferably within S/4HANA.
- Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance processes and asset management.
- Hands‑on experience with PM‑MM, PM‑CO, and PM‑QM integration scenarios.
- Confident English communication at B2 level or higher, in both written and spoken forms.
