Role Description The Growth Marketing Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing and executing data-driven strategies to acquire, engage, and retain investors and partners on the Risefolio platform. This role includes multiple paid and organic channels, and includes growing and maintaining our email list.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Growth Marketing skills, including experimentation, funnel optimization, and multi-channel campaign management.
Candidates should be email marketing wizards and be able to grow our email list substantially and generate accredited investor leads
Candidates should possess Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics skills to interpret data, build dashboards, and derive actionable insights.




Candidates should possess Marketing Automation skills to design and manage email journeys, nurture flows, and lifecycle campaigns.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver marketing initiatives on time and within scope.
Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities, with experience using modern marketing tools (e.g., CRM, automation platforms, analytics suites).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
Experience in fintech or finance is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, results-oriented environment with cross-functional teams.
