Operations Manager

About the Role
At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to become the operational right hand to the founder of a rapidly growing U.S.-based lending company.
This role will focus on managing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects and third-party vendors, improving processes, and creating the structure needed to scale the business. The idóneo candidate is a proactive operator who enjoys solving problems, building systems from scratch, and taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
This is an operational leadership role, not a customer service or loan officer position.
ResponsibilitiesOperations & Project Management
Manage day-to-day operational execution across the business.
Own project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and follow-ups.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, technology vendors, legal partners, servicing partners, and third-party providers.




Work closely with the founder to prioritize initiatives and remove operational roadblocks.
Process & Systems Improvement
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
Build scalable SOPs, workflows, checklists, and documentation.
Improve CRM workflows, operational automations, and internal processes.
Help create systems that support the company's growth and future hiring.
Lending Operations & Documentation
Review, organize, and maintain lending documentation for accuracy and consistency.
Coordinate document mapping across loan systems, CRM, DocuSign, and servicing platforms.
Ensure policies, disclosures, privacy documents, and platform communications remain consistent.
Support operational readiness as the company expands into additional states.
Technology & Vendor Coordination
Serve as the primary operational point of contact with the outsourced software development team.
Report bugs, coordinate testing, and follow up on platform improvements.
