We operate in pods. One Growth Strategist, one Media Buyer, one Creative Strategist, working in lockstep so the data, the buying, and the creative are never disconnected. We're a 20-person team of senior operators. Everyone here is sharp, accountable, and obsessed with doing the work well.

The Role
We're hiring a Media Buyer to run paid media execution across a pod of consumer brand clients.
You're the person in the accounts every day. You build the campaigns, manage the budgets,



and make the in-platform decisions that turn a growth plan into spend that actually performs. You'll be buying real money, with most accounts running anywhere from $250k to several million a month.

This seat reports into a Senior Growth Strategist, who sets the direction for each brand. They decide what we're testing, scaling, and killing, and why. You own the how. You translate that strategy into account structure, test builds, and day-to-day optimization, and you tell the strategist what the data is doing back. This is a tight, two-way relationship, not a queue of tickets. The best buyers here have a strong point of view on what will and won't work in-platform, and they say so before the money goes out the door.

One important note before you read further. This role buys both paid social and paid search, and both are real. Most of our accounts run Meta and TikTok alongside Google, and we need one person who
