In Grupo Peñaflor we are looking for a Finance Analyst based in our office in Vicente López to work with our team in USA.
Main responsibilities:
Analyze financial results and prepare monthly budget variance analyses, including clear and actionable commentary. Support economic, financial, and operational management analyses.
Actively participate in the annual planning process, with a focus on expense trends and projections. Contribute to the quarterly forecasting process.
Develop and deliver insightful business performance reports (both recurring and ad hoc).
Collaborate on the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
Provide analytical support for new business initiatives and strategic projects.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with key partners in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance,
offering analytical support as needed.
Perform additional ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Others.
Proficient in English mandatory. You will be part of an English speaking team.
2+ years of experience in an analytical role in consulting firms, banks, or similar environments.
Experience in the beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods industry is strongly preferred.
Experience working cross-functionally to improve processes.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
