RED Atlas is building the definitive intelligence platform for real estate. Our AI-powered, property-level dataset serves as a central nervous system for real estate information in our markets — live today in Puerto Rico, Colombia, Argentina, and Spain, with more on the way. Banks, developers, and investors use RED Atlas to value properties quickly, see into previously opaque markets, and act on insight no one else has. Everything runs on a proprietary data engine backed by three issued US patents.
The Role
We just launched our new platform. Now we need someone who can turn our data into stories the market can't ignore.
You'll own content end to end: market reports built on proprietary data, SEO articles that rank, social content that travels, and campaigns that support every new market we open. You'll work directly with our CEO and our data science team to find the insights hiding in millions of property records — and publish them before anyone else can. This is a full-time role based in Buenos Aires, alongside our engineering and data science team.
This is not a "manage the blog" job. Our data is the moat; your job is to make sure the market knows it.
What You'll Do
• Produce recurring market reports and data-driven stories across our live markets
• Own the editorial calendar across blog, LinkedIn, and newsletter
• Turn analyses from our data science team into charts, narratives, and headlines
• Drive SEO strategy and organic growth in Spanish and English
• Support product launches, webinars, and events (our last industry summit generated six figures in revenue)
What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years in content marketing, business journalism, or B2B communications
• Native Spanish and fluent English — you'll publish in both
• Data literacy: comfortable with charts, spreadsheets, and market statistics
• A portfolio that proves you can make complex topics compelling
• Self-starter energy — you'll be our first dedicated content hire
