About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to help our customers successfully deploy, integrate, and maximize the value of the InOrbit platform. This is a technical, customer-facing role at the intersection of engineering, customer success, implementation, integrations, and physical operations. You will work directly with customers to understand their operational workflows and technical environments, guide complex deployments and integrations, configure the platform to meet customer requirements, and troubleshoot technical issues through resolution.

Responsibilities

Lead customer onboarding, implementation, platform configuration, and deployment.




Work with multiple customer stakeholders to ensure successful integrations and implementations.
Develop and support Python-based connectors and integrations between InOrbit and customer systems, platforms, and operational technology.
Understand customer workflows, technical environments, APIs, data flows, and operational challenges.
Configure and integrate the InOrbit platform to meet customer-specific requirements.
Visit customer sites when needed to understand workflows and ensure solutions deliver value.
Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting and drive complex issues through resolution.
Investigate integration issues, data flows, and connectivity problems and work toward root-cause resolution.
Manage multiple customer engagements, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Apply project/program management practices to drive successful implementations.
Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted technical partner.
