We are currently expanding one of our sales teams for an international project within the education and tattoo industry.
We are looking for a Sales Advisor / Closer with one very clear mission:
turn real sales opportunities into new students.
This is not a prospecting role.
You will not be expected to make cold calls or search for clients from scratch.
You will work with people who have already shown interest in the training, submitted their details, and requested more information.
That is where your job begins.
And your goal is to take that conversation all the way to the close.

Your mission
You will speak every day with people who are considering an important change in their lives.
Some want to turn a passion into a profession.
Others are looking for a career change.




Others have been thinking about becoming tattoo artists for years but have not yet taken the step.
Your role will be to understand what motivates them, identify what is holding them back, and help them make a decision.
But above all, this is a sales role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys selling, working towards targets, and closing deals.
Someone who can manage a sales conversation from beginning to end:
connect → uncover needs → communicate value → handle objections → drive a decision → close the enrolment.

What you will do
Contact inbound leads by phone who have already shown interest in the training.
Conduct sales calls with a clear objective: enrol the student.
Quickly identify each prospect’s motivations, needs, and main barriers.
Present the training programmes in a personalised, value-driven way.
Handle objections related to price, financing, timing, confidence, or decision-making.
