As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to lead the Business Development Representative (BDR) team, optimize lead generation strategies, and drive qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.

Role Overview
The Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for leading the business development team while overseeing outbound sales strategy, lead generation, CRM management, workflow optimization, and performance reporting. The Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) will coach and develop BDRs, improve sales processes, collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership, and ensure the organization consistently generates high-quality pipeline opportunities. This role is idóneo for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys coaching teams, building scalable processes, and using data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and coach the Business Development Representative (BDR) team.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Monitor team performance against lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
Develop and manage BDR schedules to maximize outreach productivity.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies.
Oversee cold calling, email outreach, and social selling campaigns.
Ensure leads are properly qualified and managed throughout the sales pipeline.
Partner with Marketing to align campaigns with target customer segments.

CRM & Workflow Management
Build, manage, and optimize CRM workflows and email sequences.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and reporting dashboards.
Audit sales call transcripts and lead acti
