Your tasks

Leading custom development initiatives within the ServiceNow platform
Driving improvements to enhance the functionality and performance of ServiceNow CSM solutions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Implementing best practices for ServiceNow development and integration
Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards
Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development




Deep expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
Strong command of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies
Practical experience in custom development and system improvements
Advanced level of English and Spanish
