What You'll Own
As Creative Strategist, you'll lead the thinking behind our creative production.
Rather than producing designs or editing videos yourself, you'll define the strategic direction that guides our creative team and helps every marketing asset perform better.
Your work will influence:
Paid advertising campaigns.
Landing pages.
UGC concepts.




Creative testing.
Messaging frameworks.
Product positioning.
Campaign launches.
Performance optimization.
You'll collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing and partner closely with designers, editors, copywriters, creators, and media buyers to transform research into scalable creative systems.
Your Main ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Market Research
A large part of your role will focus on understanding why customers buy.
You'll continuously research:
Customer reviews.
Competitor advertising.
Social media conversations.
Industry trends.
Ad libraries.
Consumer feedback.
Platform trends across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging channels.
From this research, you'll identify:
Customer pain points.
Buying motivations.
Emotional triggers.
Objections.
Positioning opportunities.
Messaging angles.
