We manage the entire customer-acquisition journey—not just the advertising platforms. Our work includes paid media, creative strategy, landing pages, conversion tracking, CRM follow-up, attribution, and sales-funnel analysis.

Experience & Requirements:

This is a specialized agency-side lead-generation position. To qualify, your work history must clearly demonstrate:

•2+ years working inside a digital marketing agency, personally managing at least 10 active client accounts simultaneously with over 30k monthly advertising budgets.

• 2+ years or more managing local or appointment-based lead generation campaigns for businesses such as automotive, legal, home services, medical, dental, real estate, or similar industries.

• ADVANCED hands-on experience with Meta and Google search lead generation campaigns. You must have owned the campaigns yourself,



not simply supervised others or reviewed reports.

• Strong understanding of CPM, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPL, contact rate, appointment rate, show rate, close rate, ROAS, and cost per sale.

• C1–C2 spoken English.

• Big Plus: Direct automotive marketing experience or a working understanding of dealership lead generation, CRM follow up, appointments, showroom traffic, financing, and vehicle sales.

About This Position:
We are looking for a senior performance marketer to own advertising performance across a portfolio of dealership accounts.

You will personally build, launch, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns while looking beyond the ad platforms to understand what is actually driving leads, appointments, showroom visits, and sales.

You will decide how campaigns should be structured, what gets tested and why, when to scale or pull back, and whether the data you are optimizing against can be trusted.
