FullFunnel is a GTM and RevOps services firm that partners with B2B organizations to solve their hardest go-to-market and revenue problems. Paid media sits inside our Marketing Operations team alongside SEO, GEO & LLM optimization, lifecycle email, and automation.
We are AI-native by default and we are early on most of what is coming. The person in this seat will help define how paid programs get built here over the next several years — not just execute the ones that already exist.





What This Role Actually Is
You will own paid media programs end to end for a portfolio of B2B clients: strategy, build, launch, optimization, and the client conversation about all of it.
"End to end" is the operative phrase, and it is the single thing we screen hardest for. This is not a ticket queue. We are not looking for someone who receives a task, completes the task, submits the task, and considers the loop closed. We are looking for someone who takes a task, steps back to understand where it sits in the client's larger program, notices the thing nobody assigned, and pushes it through to a result.
That instinct — ownership plus initiative plus the willingness to look past the edge of the assignment — is the difference between a good candidate and the person we hire.
