Who we're looking for: A Senior AI Product Designer to lead the design of our platform’s AI capabilities. In this role, you will report to a senior member of the Product Design team and be embedded as a core member of the Home Platform AI team.
You will be at the forefront of our AI strategy, responsible for designing a proactive, multimodal, voice-activated assistant that empowers agents to run their businesses hands-free. You’ll tackle complex, high-impact, agent-facing workflows—drafting emails, creating marketing collateral, updating CRM contacts, managing transaction timelines, and more—all through natural conversation on the Home Platform.
