We’re building a consumer technology brand that needs to feel as compelling visually as the best products in the world. We move extremely quickly, test constantly, and believe great creative is one of our biggest advantages.

We’re looking for a high-output Graphic Designer who can create exceptional static advertising creative, product visuals, and campaign concepts at startup speed.

This is not a role for someone who wants to spend a week perfecting one graphic. We’re looking for someone who can produce a high volume of genuinely great creative, rapidly develop variations, learn from what performs, and continuously raise the quality bar.

What You’ll Do

Design high-quality static ads for Meta, Instagram, X, and other paid/social channels
Create dozens of creative concepts and variations every week
Take winning ads and rapidly produce new hooks, layouts, colors, compositions, and visual directions
Develop photorealistic and conceptual product renders using AI tools




Combine AI-generated imagery with Photoshop to create polished, believable final assets
Place Otto into realistic environments such as retail stores, desks, homes, warehouses, billboards, packaging displays, and conceptual campaign settings
Create bold typography-led advertising designed to stop the scroll
Develop new visual concepts rather than simply executing briefs
Work closely with the founders and growth team to understand which creative is performing
Iterate based on CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and other performance signals
Help develop and evolve Otto’s overall visual language
Create landing-page graphics, product imagery, social content, launch assets, and other brand creative as needed
Maintain an organized library of source files, renders, templates, and winning creative
