As part of the rotational GraduateProgram, you will gain exposure to multiplefacetsof thebusiness while building practical experience acrosshealth,safetyand environmental systems. The programoffers a mix of Perth-based Head Office placement and siterotations, with rosters varying depending on placement. You willalso have the chance to attend one of our tailored leadershiptraining programs, designed for those interested in advancing intofuture leadership roles.
As a HSE Graduate, youwillbe responsible for(but not limitedto):
Monitoringsafe systems of workin accordance withcompanyprocedures and standards
Assistingwith HSE reporting,inspectionsand complianceactivities
Supportingincident investigations and corrective actionprocesses
Contributingto risk assessments, SWMS, JHAs and other risk managementactivities
Supportingworkplace communication and consultationinitiatives
To be considered for thisposition, youwillrequire:
A relevantqualification in Health, Safety & Environment,



OccupationalHealth & Safety or similardiscipline
Relevantindustry experience through vacation work, placements orinternships isadvantageous
Strongverbal and written communicationskills
The abilityto collaborate effectively within a teamenvironment
The right topermanently work in Australia
