Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day recruiting operations within a fast-paced staffing environment. This is a full-time leadership role requiring a strong background in agency recruitment, team management, and operational execution. The adecuado candidate is process-driven, people-focused, and confident managing recruiting workflows, ATS platforms, and cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing day-to-day oversight, coaching, and performance guidance
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring process consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Manage and optimize ATS usage, ensuring accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting
- Drive operational improvements across sourcing, screening, and placement workflows




- Serve as a point of escalation for team challenges, client needs, and process gaps
- Monitor team metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions where needed
- Support client account management activities, ensuring a high standard of service delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment operations with broader business goals

Required Qualifications:
- Staffing agency background is non-negotiable — candidates without this experience will not be considered
- Proven experience in a managerial or senior leadership role overseeing a team of recruiters or recruitment coordinators
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology stacks
- Strong written and spoken English with a professional, clear communication style
- Ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving operations while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Must have prior remote work experience
