About the Role
We are engaging an experienced PI Litigation Paralegal and emerging people leader, based in Argentina or a comparable Latin American market, for a structured training and certification path toward operational leadership of our Personal Injury Department. During the 90-day certification period, this contractor progressively assumes inventory control, work assignment, quality review, deadline control, training, and escalation responsibilities under the Firm Director and supervising attorney.
The words “in Training” describe the leadership ramp; they do not lower the technical bar.



Direct U.S. personal injury litigation experience is required from day one.
This is a non-attorney role. All substantive legal work and final case strategy flow through the supervising attorney.

What You Will Do
• Progressively assume operational ownership of the active PI inventory across pre-litigation and litigation support.
• Independently verify case status; control assignments, priorities, deadlines, handoffs, and follow-through.
• Review team work product and daily production rather than relying on “completed” status reports.
• Audit liability, coverage, treatment, records and bills, treatment gaps, damages support, discovery, service, deadlines, and litigation readiness.
• Maintain precise MyCase notes showing verified facts, missing information, next action, owner, deadline, and escalation.
• Train, coach, correct, and evaluate PI staff using documented standards.
