We are looking for a Paid Ads Manager to develop, manage, and optimize integrated paid media strategies across paid search and paid social, with programmatic experience considered a strong advantage.
Position Summary
The Paid Ads Manager is responsible for driving performance across a portfolio of client accounts through strategic planning, campaign management, optimization, and analysis.
This role requires hands-on experience across both paid search and paid social. You will work closely with client strategy, customer success, creative, analytics, and other channel specialists to ensure campaigns are aligned with wider business objectives and deliver measurable growth.
The idóneo candidate is commercially minded, highly analytical, and confident managing campaigns across multiple platforms.



Experience with programmatic advertising is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy and Management
Develop and manage paid media strategies across paid search and paid social.
Build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Recommend channel mix, budget allocation, targeting, bidding, and campaign structure based on client objectives.
Manage campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness and acquisition through conversion and retention.
Ensure paid media activity supports wider client marketing and business goals.
Identify opportunities to test new platforms, audiences, formats, and campaign approaches.
Support programmatic campaigns where relevant and based on experience.
