Remote Recruiter

About the Role

Nova NRG is a growing solar sales company looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us build and scale our team.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple departments. We are looking for someone who can move quickly, stay organized, and consistently bring in quality candidates.

You will recruit for:

- Sales Closers – Florida-based
- Appointment Setters – Remote Call Center
- Operations & Project Managers – Remote

Hiring Goal: 12+ hires per month, approximately 4 per role.

Responsibilities

- Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook groups, and other recruiting platforms
- Review applications and conduct candidate screenings
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and fit
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding
- Post and manage job listings
- Maintain and organize the candidate pipeline using GoHighLevel and CRM tools
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and idóneo candidate profiles
- Coordinate offers and onboarding
- Meet monthly hiring goals while maintaining quality




- Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

- Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, or headhunting
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Experience recruiting through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and positions at the same time
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Results-driven and comfortable working toward hiring targets
- Able to balance speed with quality when making hiring decisions

Compensation & Schedule

- Starting at $600/month for part-time
- Part-time schedule: approximately 20 hours per week
- Typical schedule: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM EST, with some flexibility
- Weekly payments through Wise
- Remote position
- Opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and results
- Compensation may increase as responsibilities and performance grow
