Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Fusion Dispatch Coordinator to manage the scheduling and dispatching of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing service technicians. The idóneo candidate has hands-on experience with Fusion, excels in a fast-paced service environment, and can efficiently coordinate emergency and scheduled service calls.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and dispatch HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing technicians using Fusion.
- Schedule emergency service calls and preventive maintenance visits.
- Monitor technician routes, job progress, and scheduling efficiency.
- Update work orders, job statuses, and customer records.
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates.
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely job completion.
- Prioritize urgent requests while maintaining efficient daily operations.
- Support 24/7 service coverage by managing after-hours and emergency dispatch needs.





Requirements

- Mandatory: Hands-on experience using Fusion dispatch software.
- Experience coordinating both residential (home) and commercial service projects.
- Previous dispatching experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, or a similar field service industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 service environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with field service management platforms such as Fusion or similar software.
- Knowledge of service dispatch best practices and technician scheduling.
- Experience handling emergency service operations.
