We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive impactful business outcomes through collaboration, analysis, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate collaborative workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to define, scope, and document business requirements.
- Analyze business and system workflows using systems thinking to identify interdependencies and optimize processes.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and specifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to support product development and delivery.
- Stay informed about current technology trends and articulate their business value.
- Utilize industry-standard modeling techniques and efficiency tools to improve processes and solutions.
- Communicate ideas, recommendations, and solutions effectively across all organizational levels.

Mandatory Requirements

-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role within a technology environment.

-Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.

-Advanced experience gathering, analyzing,



and interpreting business requirements.

-Advanced experience developing technical requirements and specifications, including knowledge of:

- Software engineering methodologies
- Reporting tools
- Business process modeling
- Testing methodologies

-Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN).

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Knowledge of industry-standard modeling techniques and productivity tools.

-Certifications such as:

- PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner)
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
