* Main responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of a cloud-based time capture solution across
different member firms globally.
* Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders during implementation
activities, workshops, and solution discussions.
* Partner with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Development teams, and
Operations to ensure successful delivery.
* Collaborate with leadership teams to support IT transformation and change
management initiatives.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and align business requirements with IT
capabilities.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and service optimization efforts.
* Monitor SLAs, drive operational excellence, and enhance customer/user
experience.
* requirements
* +5 years of experience leading IT transformation initiatives and operational
projects.
* Experience working in integral and cross-cultural environments.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Background in change management, PMO, portfolio management, or enterprise
architecture initiatives.
* Experience managing customer relationships and service delivery.
* Knowledge of information security standards (ISO 27001 is a plus).
* Customer-oriented mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
