About The Role

we are transforming the publishing industry by combining artificial intelligence with expert human oversight to deliver high-quality books efficiently and at scale.

We are looking for a Production Manager (Translation) to oversee the production workflow of translated books. This role is responsible for managing the key production stages of translated manuscripts—from AI-assisted translation through editing, proofreading, formatting, and final quality assurance—ensuring every project meets Spines' quality standards before moving to publication and distribution.

Our current translation priorities are German, Portuguese, French, and Italian, and we are seeking professionals with expertise in one or more of these languages to support our growing multilingual publishing program.
