About the Role
Our GTM organization is at an inflection point after reaching more than €100M ARR in 2025. We're moving beyond linear scaling, where revenue growth requires proportional headcount growth, to exponential efficiency through systematic GTM engineering.



You'll be responsible for identifying constraints in our revenue generation system and designing solutions that compound results rather than compound complexity.
You'll own the build and continuous evolution of our GTM tech stack. This is a hands-on technical role at the intersection of AI automation, data infrastructure and revenue operations. You'll collaborate closely with GTM leadership team, GTM Ops teams, Salesforce / CRM team and Analytics team to ensure consistent end-to-end GTM solutions. Your core accountability is simple: ship a superior GTM infrastructure that compounds efficiency through automation and AI.

Requirements

Own the technical build-out of our modern GTM stack, including architecture strategy, tool selection and buy vs. build decisions
Ensure the GTM stack operates as an integrated system across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Support - not a collection of point solutions
Design and ship AI-native workflows and agents that fully eliminate manual and repetitive GTM tasks, measurab
