About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist with strong video editing skills to join our remote team. This role is primarily focused on creating engaging video content for digital platforms, including short-form social media videos and long-form content such as podcasts.

The idóneo candidate should have hands-on experience with video editing, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to bring fresh creative ideas to the table. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their marketing skills while working on diverse content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality short-form videos for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content, etc.)
- Edit long-form videos, including podcast episodes, interviews, and other digital content
- Create engaging video content by adding captions, transitions, graphics, animations, sound effects, and other creative elements
- Repurpose long-form content into short,



engaging clips optimized for different platforms
- Perform photo editing and create visual assets for marketing campaigns and social media
- Manage and schedule social media content across relevant platforms
- Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and audience preferences
- Suggest new content ideas, creative concepts, and improvements to increase engagement
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute content strategies
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and digital content
- Support other marketing activities as required

Requirements
- Mid-level experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field
- Strong video editing skills with experience in short-form and long-form content
- Experience editing podcasts, interviews, or similar content is a plus
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or
