About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Paid Search Manager to build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for a portfolio of both B2B and DTC e-commerce brands.

This role is idóneo for someone who is comfortable owning campaign performance from end to end. You will manage Google Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns, develop structured testing roadmaps, improve product feed quality, analyze attribution and conversion data, and communicate strategy directly with clients.

You will manage up to five client accounts and work closely with our broader growth and creative teams to ensure paid search is integrated with each client’s overall acquisition strategy.

This is not a role focused only on executing tasks or responding to client requests. We are looking for someone proactive who can identify opportunities, develop informed hypotheses, prioritize tests, and take ownership of performance.





What You’ll Be Responsible ForCampaign Strategy and Management
- Build, launch, and manage Google Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Take full ownership of campaign structure, budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, creative inputs, and performance.
- Develop account strategies based on each client’s goals, margins, product catalog, customer journey, and growth stage.
- Manage up to five DTC e-commerce client accounts.
- Monitor performance regularly and make timely optimizations based on campaign data.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Testing and Optimization
- Create and maintain structured testing roadmaps for each client.
- Develop hypotheses and tests across keywords, bidding strategies, campaign types, audiences, landing pages, offers, creative, and product feeds.
