The Role
- We're looking for a Senior Paid Social Ad Designer who knows how to design high-converting static ads for ecommerce brands.
- You’re someone who understands both great design craft and performance marketing. You know how to work inside brand systems, keep things visually sharp, and still produce creative variations quickly for testing.
- This role is perfect for a designer who enjoys fast-paced creative environments, thrives on iteration, and wants their work seen by millions of people every week.
What You'll Do
- Design high-performing static ads for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap)
- Translate creative briefs into multiple polished ad variations for testing
- Work within brand design systems while keeping creatives fresh, clean, and conversion-focused
- Design product-focused ads that communicate value, offer, and product benefits instantly
- Collaborate closely with media buyers and strategists to iterate on winning creative concepts
- Produce high-volume creative testing packages while maintaining strong design quality
- Continuously refine creatives based on real performance data and testing insights
What Makes You a Fit
- 3+ years designing paid social ads for ecommerce brands
- Strong portfolio featuring high-quality ad creative, not just social posts or brand graphics
- Experience designing for fashion, footwear, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Comfortable working within brand design systems and guidelines
- Advanced proficiency
