The
Environmental Health and Safety Regional Manager
provides environmental, health, and safety leadership and support to Scent locations across North America and Latin America, helping ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement across the region.

This role partners closely with site teams, operations leaders, and the Integral Scent Environmental Health and Safety team to strengthen environmental stewardship, workplace safety, occupational health, process safety, and chemical management programs.





This position may be located near any IFF Scent site within North America or Latin America and is primarily remote, with business travel as needed (typically approximately 20%, with occasional travel up to 50%).

Where You'll Make a Difference
- Partner with Environmental Health and Safety leaders and site teams across North America and Latin America to strengthen compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular reviews of incident data, performance metrics, leading indicators, and training effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and support site-level incident investigations, corrective action planning, and root cause analysis activities.
