Join Sii Poland and become a part of our Project Management Competency Center. Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager to support the U.S. market in launching oour client’s product in Argentina.
Your tasks
- Leading end-to-end product launch projects (from concept to market introduction)
- Planning and managing project scope, timelines, and key milestones
- Coordinating cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D;, Supply Chain, Regulatory)
- Ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders
- Preparing go-to-market activities (pricing, positioning, sales readiness)
- Managing budget, resources, and delivery timelines
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring compliance
- Tracking progress and reporting to key stakeholders
- Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer needs
- Evaluating post-launch performance and driving improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing subcontractors and stakeholders
- Knowledge of the methodology of project management at an advanced level – confirmed by a certificate (PMI / PMP or/and PRINCE2 Practitioner)
- Knowledge of agile / waterfall project management and service management methodologies
- Technical knowledge in the field of designing and building IT systems
- Practical ability to use technologies in the field of project management
- Highly developed team management and communication skills
- Leadership and ability to lead and motivate a team
- Independence and good organization of work
- Very good command of the English language – as a must
