Design high-performing email campaigns, automated lifecycle flows, and retention marketing assets for ecommerce brands
Create visually compelling and conversion-focused creative solutions aligned with client brand guidelines and business objectives
Develop email concepts, layouts, and visual systems that support retention and customer engagement strategies
Collaborate with retention strategists, marketers, copywriters, and creative stakeholders to deliver projects on time and according to scope
Execute projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining quality and consistency across all assets
Create motion-based elements, GIFs, and lightweight animations when appropriate to enhance customer engagement
Provide constructive design feedback during project reviews and creative discussions
