Growth Marketing Lead (Shopify, Product Launch, Paid Traffic)

Role Summary
NCL (Natural Cure Labs) is hiring a D2C Growth Lead to own our Shopify channel end to end: conversion, funnels, offers, paid traffic, and the D2C side of every product launch. This is a senior, high-ownership role. You inherit a working channel from a 5-year operator and are expected to run it, then grow it. You report directly to the CEO.
What makes this role different: we are launching 5–6 new products across 2026, and the D2C launch machine is yours to build. You will design tripwire funnels, upsell paths, and launch offers, and you are expected to use AI and automation daily to operate like a team of three. What's hard about it: small team, no playbook handed to you, and full accountability for a revenue number.
