The Equity Derivatives Group Legal Documentation Templating Team is key for standardizing and templating a range of legal documentation, including (but not limited to), general coverage of securitized products and regulatory documentation, as well as focusing on the firm's more bespoke and non-standardized end of the legal documentation spectrum.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client servicing.
- Address legal and economic queries.
- Documentation review.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, business partners, and control partners.
- Escalate and investigate issues / discrepancies.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Advanced English required.
- Knowledge of MS Office package (particularly Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic financial knowledge, specially related to capital markets, is desirable.
