End User Support Specialist (Hybrid) – Greater Buenos Aires (North Zone)

About the role

We are looking for an
End User Support Specialist
to join our team and provide IT support services to one of our multinational clients located in the
North Zone of Greater Buenos Aires
. This is a
hybrid position
, combining on-site and remote work.
Candidates must currently reside in the North Zone of Greater Buenos Aires (GBA) or nearby. This is a mandatory requirement.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally. Initially, you will provide
hardware and software support for end users
, while progressively expanding your responsibilities to include support for business applications, infrastructure, operations, and ticket management.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain user workstations.
- Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Assist users with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Manage and follow up on support tickets.




- Gradually acquire knowledge of the client's business applications, infrastructure, and operational processes.
- Deliver high-quality support to employees at all organizational levels, including senior management and executives.

Requirements
- Student or graduate in
Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Engineering
, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience
providing End User Support.
- Solid experience supporting Windows environments.
- Experience with
Windows 11
and
Microsoft Office 365
.
- Knowledge of
Microsoft Copilot
is a plus (not mandatory).
- Experience supporting executives, managers, or C-level users will be highly valued.
- Advanced Intermediate English or higher
, both written and spoken.
