We are looking for an Application Specialist, BDMC Solutions to join our team. What will be your impact?
Provide technical support, administration, and continuous improvement for Business Development and Marketing Communications (BDMC) technology platforms.
Act as a first responder for escalated incidents requiring technical and functional analysis.
Analyze and resolve application issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, training materials, and support resources.
Collaborate with vendors, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure optimal platform performance.
Support security compliance activities, vendor assessments, and governance processes.
Participate in testing, system enhancements,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?
Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
Experience supporting and managing business applications and technology platforms.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of SQL reporting tools.
Experience with Power BI, PowerShell, scripting, automation tools, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and adaptability.
