Role Description
The Call Center Representative (Spanish speaker) is a full-time, on-site role based in Buenos Aires. In this position, the representative responds to inbound and outbound calls, provides accurate information, and resolves customer inquiries in Spanish while following established scripts and procedures. Daily tasks include updating customer records, documenting interactions in the system, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary. The role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction, adhering to service level standards,



and collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and consistent customer support. The representative is expected to maintain a professional tone, respect confidentiality, and follow company policies at all times.

Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support, with a focus on service quality.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through clear communication, problem-solving, and follow-through.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution in Spanish.
- Solid Computer Literacy, including ability to work with call center software, CRM tools, and basic office applications.
- Fluent Spanish speaker with good comprehension of written and spoken Spanish; basic to intermediate English is a plus.
- Previous call center or contact center experience pref
