This role will contribute to the continuous improvement of our products by supporting decision-making with data, identifying optimization opportunities, and ensuring the best possible experience for our users.

This is you

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related fields (advanced student or graduate).




3+ years of experience in functional analysis, product, or similar roles in digital environments, fintech, or banking.
Strong skills in Excel, SQL (basic), and familiarity with Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI, or similar tools.
Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
Good communication skills and a collaborative work style.
Intermediate English (ability to read and understand technical documentation).

Nice-to-have skills:

Previous experience working with QR or recurring payment products.
Familiarity with market research and competitive benchmarking.
Experience in fintech or banking environments.
