An AI-native procurement technology platform is looking for a Supplier Engagement Coordinator to be the human voice behind its sourcing events, keeping suppliers informed, on schedule, and ready to participate.
The company turns unstructured enterprise spend data into actionable sourcing intelligence, automating RFx events and supplier negotiations for enterprise procurement teams. Backed by seed funding and recognized as a rising name in procurement technology, the team is lean and early in its growth curve — every hire has real, visible impact on how reliably sourcing events run.
About the Role
This is a high-volume,



phone-first role: the Coordinator spends the day calling suppliers to confirm they've received sourcing event invitations, understand deadlines, and have what they need to participate — while keeping meticulous records of every touchpoint and flagging at-risk suppliers before deadlines slip. Success means consistently high supplier participation rates across live sourcing events, clean and reliable activity records, and fewer last-minute scrambles for the account team.
Core Responsibilities
Supplier Outreach & Follow-Up
Call suppliers to confirm receipt of RFPs, RFQs, and other sourcing event invitations
Remind suppliers of upcoming deadlines and walk them through key participation steps
Answer routine event questions and route technical inquiries to the appropriate account team
Hold professional, credible phone conversations with procurement and sales contacts throughout the day
