ATM Claims Senior Analyst
The ATM Claims Senior Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing armored carrier variance claims, ensuring timely investigation, accurate documentation, and effective resolution of discrepancies. This role serves as a subject matter expert for claims processes, supports operational improvements, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to minimize losses and improve claim outcomes.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Claims Investigation & Resolution
Review reconciliation logs and transaction records to identify ATM cash variances and shortages.
Investigate claims and gather supporting documentation required for vendor submissions.
Prepare and submit claim packages to armored vendors in accordance with established procedures.
Follow up on open claims and track resolution status.
Escalate complex or high-risk claims to management when appropriate.
Claims Analysis & Quality Control
Ensure accuracy and completeness of claim documentation and supporting evidence.
Perform detailed reviews of vendor responses and claim outcomes.
Identify discrepancies, trends, and recurring issues impacting claim resolution.
Support quality assurance reviews and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Maintain organized claim records and supporting documentation.
Reporting & Data Analysis
Maintain claims trackers, aging reports, and loss reporting tools.
Analyze claim trends and identify root causes of recurring variances.
Generate regular reports and provide insights to support operational decision-making.
Assist in developing dashboards and reporting improvements using Excel and other reporting tools.
