Account Manager, Small and Medium Business Group (6-Month contract) Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, achieving and meeting sales targets and performance metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and create targeted business strategies, through customer strategic planning, operational rigor and sales acumen
